TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Aesthetics Retreats
Organised by The Good Skin Guru Ltd

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants attending retreats organised by The Good Skin Guru Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking and/or payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 A £500 + VAT non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your place on the retreat.
1.2 Your place is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
1.3 The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
1.4 The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date specified at the time of booking.
1.5 Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, with the booking fee forfeited.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 The booking fee is non-refundable.
2.2 If you cancel your place after booking, any additional payments made may be refundable only if your place is resold, at our sole discretion.
2.3 Cancellations made within one month of the retreat start date will not be eligible for any refund.
2.4 We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel and event insurance to cover cancellation, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation or Changes by Us

3.1 In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, all payments made will be refunded in full.
3.2 We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation outside the retreat, or loss of income.

4. Programme Changes

4.1 The retreat programme, including sessions, facilitators, speakers and timings, is planned in advance but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 We reserve the right to substitute sessions, facilitators or content with alternatives of equal value.
4.3 Changes to the programme do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Accommodation & Shared Lodges

5.1 All lodges are furnished with king-sized beds only. Twin bed configurations are not available.
5.2 Shared occupancy is suitable for friends or colleagues who are comfortable sharing a bed.
5.3 Room allocations cannot be guaranteed once confirmed.
5.4 Any damage to accommodation or facilities caused by you may be charged to you directly.

6. Food & Dietary Requirements

6.1 All food and refreshments provided during the retreat are included from arrival on Sunday afternoon through to lunch on Tuesday.
6.2 Dietary requirements and allergies must be disclosed at the time of booking.
6.3 While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens and accept no liability for adverse reactions.
6.4 Attendees remain responsible for managing their own dietary requirements.

7. Health, Wellbeing & Liability

7.1 Participation in retreat activities (including yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound baths) is voluntary and at your own risk.
7.2 You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate.
7.3 The retreat is non-clinical and does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Good Skin Guru Ltd accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, damage or theft of personal property.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
8.2 We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

9. Transfers

9.1 You may transfer your booking to another eligible participant with prior written approval.
9.2 A transfer administration fee of £50 + VAT may apply.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, pandemics or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms

12.1 By making a booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
